Coming Up: Rowvember—One Million Meters for 10 Families

This November, a few extra minutes on the rower can help make Christmas brighter for local families.

SMPLife Foundation is teaming up with Spanish Fork CrossFit—The Den—for a gym-wide Rowvember challenge. The goal is simple: members work together to row 1,000,000 meters during November. When the gym reaches that goal, SMPLife will cover the cost of Sub for Santa for 10 families.

One gym. One shared goal.

Every member can contribute. There is no individual distance requirement—whether you add a short row after class or make longer sessions part of your month, your meters help the whole gym move toward the same goal.

To count toward the challenge, all rowing must be completed at Spanish Fork CrossFit by its members, November 1–30, 2026. Ask a coach how to record your meters and follow the gym’s progress.

From rowing to Christmas shopping

After the November challenge, we plan to offer two or three shopping nights in early December. Members and participating shoppers will help choose gifts for the families, and a SMPLife representative will handle payment at checkout.

The idea is to connect the effort in the gym with a chance to take part in the giving. Members will get to help turn those meters into thoughtful gifts for children and a little relief for parents during the holidays.

Shopping dates, family assignments, and other arrangements are still being finalized. We’ll share those details as the project comes together.

Be part of it

If you’re a member of The Den, grab a rower, encourage a friend, and help us get to one million. Questions or need more details? Talk to a coach.

We’re excited to see what happens when a community that already shows up for each other puts that same energy into serving its neighbors.

Live Simply. Serve Generously. Lift Others.
